Life throws you countless hurdles, unexpected surprises, pretty nasty shocks, I mean, there are so many out of the blue situations that have thrown us into stresses and even Buddhists couldn't always escape at all. There are so many always-potentially-active-stressors in our lives that even a counter device couldn't count. Instead of grieving over it, let's see our role in stress management and most likely provide some insights you can use.
The strains that come with stress is more likely to affect an individual personality differently. Although short-period stress helps us positively, long-period stresses will affect us in a bad way. Some people aren't even aware of their stress, while others are most adversely affected by stress. Some researches say that INFJ personality types are affected to stress than any other types and it isn't surprising considering their sensitive nature. INFJ's are likely to feel stressed when:
1. Socializing too much and not getting enough alone time.
2. Goto greater lengths to avoid stressful situations.
3. Often worrying about saying something or doing something.
4. Need a lot of time to pull themselves together when involved in stressful situations.
5. Distress Within a close relationship.
6. When they need to make unpopular and unwanted decisions.
Although it negatively affects INFJ personality, they are also one of those personality types that are likely to work hard to get stress, anxieties, worries off their backs. So, there are always possible opportunities for dedicated people to turn from negative to positive. Here are some ways to deal with your stress:
1. Get some alone time by taking a break from your responsibilities.
2. If you are aware of your stress or emotional state, take it as a pro rather than a con.
3. Stop irrational thoughts: like, in believing that something is far worse than it actually is.
4. Seek out Positive people those who engage us with optimism and avoid pessimists and judging of your ideals.
5. When in a relationship, we like to cope with problems and we beat ourselves as we are
not good enough but no, always talk it out. Communication is the key.
6. We try to make things perfect and spend the most time on it and exhaust ourselves since
we are perfectionists but remember that perfectionism is not a destiny it is a path.
Every personality type can benefit from stress viewing it as a learning opportunity. Sure, Stress may be inseparable with our lives but being aware of it and dealing can sure help us in many ways.
